Becoming A Borrower

Membership is available without charge to all residents, property owners, and business taxpayers of Fruitvale, Montrose, and Area A.

Those who live outside of the above areas may purchase yearly memberships at the rate of $25.00 per individual or  $50.00 per family annually. Temporary residents may also become borrowers; there is a fee of $25.00, $15.00 of which is refunded upon leaving the area providing that all borrowed items have been returned.

The Beaver Valley Public Library is a member of the BC OneCard initiative which allows for anyone from the province with a valid home library card to use our library.

Proof of residence and a reference is required for all memberships.  Parents or guardians of children under 15 must sign the application cards.

You must present your card to borrow materials and there is a $5.00 charge for replacement cards.
